Color: Very bright with a lovely pale-yellow colour and greenish highlights. 
Aroma: A marvellous, complex and high intensity nose. Aromas of boxwood, Peruvian green sauce, passion fruit and orange blossom, mixed with herbaceous notes such as tomato leaf and wild herbs. 
Taste: Very fresh and mineral with a powerful start, good volume and body. Juicy, with wonderful length, thanks to crisp acidity.
The finish presents fruity aromas such as passion fruit and guava making for a delicious wine that invites another sip.

Food Pairings: As an aperitif, sole in lemon butter, Carpaccio of scallops, goats cheese.
