Tasting Notes : To the eye, very beautiful dark ruby color, dense and deep, with purple reflections and good clarity. On the nose, very ripe red and black fruits (cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant), with liquorice and woody notes. The mouth, round and fleshy, very rich with powerful and fatty tannins which persist for a long time on of red fruits in eau-de-vie. Food and wine pairings, red meats, duck breast, grilled meat, game, cheese, etc.
